About Us

Winona Forever is owned and operated by Francesca Mazza & Aaron Carson. We lovingly craft food for you that tastes good – easy to say but surprisingly hard to find these days. We take pride in using only the freshest high-quality and sustainable ingredients in the food we offer and we truly believe food should be a celebration, not a chore. We also understand that everyone is different – if you are gluten free, vegan or vegetarian we have options for you across our menu.

We want to provide a fun atmosphere with music, conversation and laughter in our cafe – where everyone feels welcome. The world is full of uptight people – we hope to never be one of them! Our goal is to try and make your day a little bit better – and we want to have fun while we do it. We expect our staff to provide you with a great customer experience every time.
